In the final analysis, we serve your students.

"You showed me I could be successful in life. I used to think I could not do anything until you said I could be successful and that it does not matter who you are, anyone can be successful. Thank you!"

- Emma, 6th Grade student

We work with administrators, teachers, staff, and families to understand, teach, and nurture a success mindset in their middle school children. It is no surprise teachers and parents often gain as much from the program as students. Having a success mindset is a more rewarding and positive approach to life and learning.

You will succeed with the Success Mindset if:

  • You want students to succeed in life, not just raise test scores
  • You are ready to end the cycle of student and teacher apathy
  • You are an independent thinker who enjoys exploring new ideas
  • You sense that having a positive vision of the future enables success
  • You are ready to teach future leaders instead of simply managing a classroom

The 21st Century requires a 21st century approach to education. We can no longer ignore the overwhelming evidence that our minds and attitudes shape our futures. We know that education isn't just the accumulation of knowledge. Educators we work with understand that the outdated assembly-line approach to education isn't working. They instinctively know they must evolve and grow in order to assist students in their growth and development.

When kids think they can, they will.

The schools we work with are far from apathetic about apathy. Many teachers say that students just don't seem to care anymore. Our clients are those educators who know that apathy is merely a symptom of a larger issue. The cause is the current educational system with its focus on failure, and the change needed is a mindset focused on student success.

Parents become partners in helping students attain a success mindset. All parents want their students to succeed. We offer opportunities for parents to become involved in The Student Success Mindset.

After a couple of months, a sixth grader of a single parent home brought a beautifully typed sheet framed on construction paper to class. On the sheet of paper was typed his vision for his future, his positive affirmations and his values. He said that his mother loved what he was learning in class and encouraged him to put it in writing. She wanted to put it up on the wall at home so that he would be reminded of his vision for a bright future.

Our most successful clients are those who:

  • Have an unwavering belief that every student can succeed. Failure is simply not an option.
  • Believe that how a student thinks is as important as academics. They understand that students who believe in themselves will achieve far greater things than those who don't.
  • Know that lasting change take time. They persevere because they believe change is necessary.
  • Are open to new ideas. These are educators who willingly open themselves to new ideas and approaches and know firsthand the importance of lifelong learning.
  • Are committed to sustainable success. They commit themselves to positive and sustainable change by integrating a success mindset in their professional and personal lives.
